We are seeking internal candidates for Electronics US Project Quality Control Manager position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring and driving quality best practices and continuous improvement on projects as part of the Electronics global quality team.

Quality is crucial to the success of our projects and the strong relationships we have with our clients. You will apply your Quality Assurance / Quality Control knowledge and stewardship in support of project technical delivery teams. Working closely with senior staff to identify processes, procedures, and other control measures, you’ll monitor quality performance and make sure projects are following correct protocol. You’ll deliver technical quality advice to all involved in the project and through your direction, guidance, and support will help our project teams achieve excellence.

Here’s what you will be doing:

· Planning and implementing quality management processes on complex project delivery, staying within budget constraints and meeting project requirements.

· Providing Project Quality Control (QC) process stewardship. Working with multiple discipline engineering teams to improve the quality verification of designs.

· Training and aiding project leadership in implementing company policies and procedures.

· Ensuring adherence and compliance to the QC process during project execution.

· Conducting project audits and Root Cause Analysis of nonconforming products/services for continuous improvement.

· Briefing senior project management and other key stakeholders on key quality performance indicators.

Here’s what you’ll need :

· Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

· An understanding of design project delivery processes, with 5 years of experience.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and leadership experience

· Authorization from your supervisor

Ideally, you’ll have:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related Quality discipline

· Knowledge of quality assurance and audit processes.

· An understanding of ISO 9001: 2015 Standards requirements
