We are looking for a professional Transportation Planner to add to our team in Oklahoma City.

Join our Transportation team and use your best practices and knowledge to support our projects. You’ll assist in the preparation of planning studies, alternative analyses, impact assessments and technical reports. You’ll work alongside our transportation team in provision of analytical support to projects across the spectrum of our transportation planning business. In this role you’ll assist in the preparation of transportation, transit, and corridor planning projects, or any other infrastructure/land use project.

Responsibilities might include:

  • Research, organize and analyze data

  • Prepare drafts of technical memos, grants, reports, and other written materials

  • Assist in outreach and engagement efforts

  • Attend meetings and produce written summaries

  • Support other tasks as required

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in urban planning or related field

  • Understanding of general planning processes

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to summarize planning policies and programs

  • Ability to collaborate with staff in a variety of settings and on a variety of projects

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: * *

  • A Master’s degree in Urban Planning, engineering or related field

  • An internship or 1 year of Transportation Planning experience

  • Basic familiarity with GIS and data analysis

  • Ability to analyze and summarize data

  • Ability to develop graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
