As a Site Architect, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex and everyday project tasks on our groundbreaking project. We understand that your role as a Site Architect is multifaceted, requiring you to supervise architectural aspects, communicate with stakeholders, coordinate specialists, and provide technical support. As a key member of our management team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in leading our infrastructure construction projects. We will support you in monitoring architectural works, ensuring design compliance, reviewing technical submittals, determining client preferences, participating in inspections, preparing RFI responses, documenting project elements, coordinating activities, reviewing materials, overseeing construction work, implementing quality control measures, enforcing safety protocols, and reporting quality issues. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects. We value your client communication skills and will support you in maintaining regular contact with our clients, keeping them informed of project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate will be key to our collective success.

Here’s what you’ll need :

To thrive in this role, you will have an Engineering degree in Architecture from a recognized University, a background in site supervision in infrastructure projects, and proven Middle East experience as a site architect. With a minimum of 10 years' experience, you will bring strong coordination and design review skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, in-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards, and familiarity with construction management and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
