We’ll rely on you to provide support to our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning as you bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll tap into both your creative and analytical sides as you complete CAD designs, collect, and prepare data as well as support project coordination on some of the most cutting-edge projects in our industry.

In this role you’ll perform computer aided drafting and basic design of water/wastewater projects. You’ll use your experience to produce drawings, create layouts, sketches, and 2D/3D modeling if applicable. You’ll also prepare drawings and sketches using CAD workstations, appropriate design criteria, and technical manuals often working closely with engineers to coordinate designs.

Here’s what you’ll need :

• Experience with using Microsoft Office programs

• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, MicroStation, REVIT and/or Bentley 3D platforms.

• Experience in process mechanical design

• Familiarity with CAD standards

• Experience on Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District projects

• A technical background in drafting design and experience using CAD software

• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and individually

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
