Our client is seeking an Office Engineer in their Albany, NY office to provide critical management to ensure our projects stay on track. You’ll balance multiple tasks each day such as review and initiate construction emergency declaration and coordinate responses, review and evaluate emergency contractors and ensure contractor’s adherence to plans, specifications and accepted construction standards. We’ll rely on you to track performance, coordinate change orders and waiver for project, review and evaluate emergency contractors for the program and track open projects and work to close out project after initial emergency situation has been resolved.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
High School diploma
5 years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 million
Basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation
Proficient utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications
Willing and able to provide afterhours coverage for emergency coordination as needed
