We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Executive - Construction  to join our team in Albany, NY . Reporting directly to the PMCM Business Leader, and working alongside other project team members, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.  You’ll provide project leadership, management and oversight of projects and resolve complex project related challenges as they arise. Lastly, you will play an integral role in mentoring staff, and forming long-term relationships with the client.

As a Project Executive, you will be involved with Design & Construction for multiple facilities throughout the Capital region. You will assist with proposal development, interviews, and client maintenance. This position requires an individual who has a passion for excellence and can demonstrate a professional track record of establishing long-lasting relationships with clients.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering

  • 15+ years of experience in construction project management

  • 8+ years of experience leading project management teams for large projects worth $15M+ Contract administration experience between Construction Management and Owner

  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

  • Driven achiever who demonstrates leadership and professionalism through their communication and interaction with all facets of the business organization

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

  • Master’s Degree

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA/AIA) or Project Manager Professional (PMP)
