We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager for our client in Albany, NY. In this role, you’ll oversee a varied portfolio of projects to include building construction and renovation projects from an owner’s perspective, providing program management and ensuring that projects meet internal requirements. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be involved from the initial planning stages and will be responsible for assuring the project is completed per schedule within cost limitations.

Your ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certification in related field or 4 years additional experience

  • 8 years experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building rehabilitation projects with a minimum of 4 years’ as an Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing numerous projects including project planning, reviewing project schedules, project controls, reporting, resource management, and construction document reading and interpretation.

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects using established controls/procedures and provide project leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers, and resolve any critical issues pertinent to the project

  • OSHA 30 Certification or completion within 30 days of employment

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Employment will require successful completion of a background check

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 software

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification

The base salary range for this position is $80,700 - $140,670.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
