Your Impact:

BRIEF OUTLINE OF SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with client to understand their needs and gather requirements, timing, etc.

  • Develop proposal/design that meets the needs of the client including electrical designs, parts quotes, fabrication plan, outsourcing plan, drawings, cost estimates, etc.

  • Review all proposals/designs with team lead and obtain approval before proceeding.

  • Perform, coordinate, oversee the work as required to insure the design is completed.

  • Develop testing requirements to insure the design meets the required intent.

Support the review of other team members’ designs for technical accuracy, efficiency, cost effectiveness and applicability.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND /OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools.

  • Knowledge of electronic fabrication and experience building wiring harnesses

  • Understanding of circuit design and experience troubleshooting electronics.

  • A candidate with a technical aptitude driven to get into the technical details of electrical designs and understand how they work

  • Strong technical aptitude specifically in the area of electrical signals and reading schematics

  • Knowledge of automotive electrical subsystems, sensors and wiring required

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.

  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, and adjust to changing requirements

  • High energy, self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision.

  • Ability and courage to effectively communicate key issues and recommendations to senior management

  • Ability to work within diverse environments

  • High integrity with good attitudeand strong work ethic
