The Systems Engineer provides experienced engineering analyses and technical support and may perform some engineering and technical management functions.
Work with developers and engineering staff to integrate the software with existing enterprise services.
Perform application testing, user acceptance testing and test security features and functionality
Test applications on both Windows and Linux.
Develop and update test documentation.
Complete testing and provide results in a report format to the customer.
Coordinate and troubleshoot issues vendor.
Provide support to process certificate requests as needed. Provide analysis of ticket issues.
Process and resolve tickets in enterprise ticketing system.
Provide Weekly and Monthly Status Reports for submission to the customer.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide support to test enterprise solutions
Collaborate with Engineers and development staff
Complete testing actions according to scheduled deadlines
Provide status updates in the form of weekly status reports
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Minimum of 14 years of engineering, System Engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field may be substituted for 4 years of experience.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II qualification
Understanding of Application development and administration
Understanding of cyber security
Customer service skills
Experience with enterprise ticketing systems such as Service Now
