Position Summary -

This position will be responsible for applying engineeringtechniques and analysis within the mechanical discipline as it applies tomanufacturing and machine design.

  • Commitment to safety in the officeand field

  • Works as a project team member, performingtasks with supervision from the project lead

  • Contributes to studies, developingproject scope, and preparing capital estimates and proposals

  • Contributes to developing generalarrangements and equipment specifications

  • Contributes to creating biddocuments and bid analysis

  • Contributes to preparing factoryacceptance testing documents, participates in testing and commissioning efforts

  • Supports creating and maintainingpositive relationships with clients and business partners

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineeringfrom an accredited university

  • 0-2 years of experience

  • Fundamental understanding andapplication of technical principals, theories, and concepts in the field of mechanicalengineering

  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills

  • Strong decision making skills,interpersonal skills, and problem resolution skills

  • Capable of working in both smalland large team settings

  • Able to adjust to rapidly changingpriorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeproducts

  • Ability to travel

Preferred requirements

  • AutoCAD drafting skills

  • SolidWorks modeling skills
