As an Entry Level Commissioning & Energy Specialist on our team in Arlington, VA, you’ll participate in both onsite and office activities to support Commissioning projects. You’ll have the opportunity to support all exterior enclosure commissioning related activities to include review of the designs, field testing, and construction site observations, resulting in a robust and well-constructed building enclosure inclusive of the (5) critical barriers; air, vapor, thermal, water-resistant, and rainscreen. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in design consultation, forensic investigations and energy audits.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or engineering degree
Course work related to commissioning, design or energy.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to travel up to 50%
Someone who is motivated and a self-starter
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Some building envelope commissioning experience
