As a Furniture/Space Planner at our Huntsville, AL location, you'll provide support to a government client by preparing furniture, and space allocation drawings using computer aided design and drafting (CADD) tools, assimilating redline drawings into master CAD files, and managing master CAD files to ensure accuracy and consistency. Conduct space audits, provide drafting services with the use of AutoCAD, and assist with designing and drafting space solutions. Serve as the workflow gatekeeper to ensure timely facility services, assist the facilities manager, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Maintain and enhance facilities data by reviewing and introducing changes based on requirements and by applying industry trends, emerging technologies, standards, and new vendor offerings. Collaborate with technical and application teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions to support project and systems requirements.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Active, fully adjudicated SECRET security clearance. Must be able to obtain a TS clearance.
4 year degree.
5 years of experience with commercial space planning.
Proficient with AutoCAD.
Ideally, you'll have:
Active TS clearance
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
