As a Project Executive you’ll be responsible for talent management and driving overall project delivery from planning through completion in accordance with the Owner’s program objectives. You'll focus on site-based team leadership, project management systems and controls, construction surveillance and documentation, contractor performance measurement and reporting on the status of compliance in the areas of project cost, schedule, quality, and safety. You may also be tasked as a contributor to project scope and solicitation package development in addition to serving as a technical advisor during the source selection process. Your leadership, facilitation, subject matter expertise, proficiency with issue resolution, and a relationship-oriented approach will help you succeed in this key growth position.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Active, fully adjudicate SECRET security clearance. Must be able to obtain a TS security clearance.
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture discipline.
At least 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in an engineering, construction management or building contractor organization
15+ years of experience in a project related technical field
Strong working knowledge of project planning, design/pre-construction, building systems and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, and team building.
Ideally you'll have
Active TS clearance.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential and/or a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA, AIA) license
