As a member of our Huntsville office, you’ll get to grow your skills and join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery members designing state of the art structures.
You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership and supervision for a large team of architectural designers, checkers, and drafters establishing and monitoring project standards and procedures, training and developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale to meet engineering deliverables. Here’s What You’ll Need:
Active, fully adjudicated SECRET security clearance. Must be able to obtain a TS clearance.
Diploma/Certificate in Architectural Design from a recognized technical institute
Experience managing a team of Designers
At least 18 years of prior related architectural drafting and modeling work experience
Ability to practically apply extensive knowledge to complex problems
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Active TS clearance.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with commercial buildings
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
