Our team has an immediate need for an experienced Business Administration Manager whom will be responsible for a variety of management roles in specific project, business, or technical units. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist on a number of projects and will be located in the Client office. The successful candidate should have experience in the following areas:

  • Developing scope of works, contract documents, project schedules, and proposals.

  • Experience working with, managing and mentoring junior staff including on-boarding activities, training, and supervising.

  • Experience working directly with Clients and able to present well with good communication skills both written and verbally.

  • Assist with the development of program policies and procedures

  • Builds and maintain favorable working relationships as a primary contact with Clients.

  • Implementing document control processes and procedures.

  • Monitoring project costs, cash flow, revenue, margin development, financial forecasting and reporting on projects

  • Reviewing and monitoring project invoicing with proper supporting documents

  • Conducting monthly project reviews and discussions with Management team

  • Tracking key business performance drivers to mitigate risk while capitalizing on opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Post Bachelors degree in a business and/or engineering related field

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in, program management, project coordination, business administration, financial reporting, scheduling, procurement, and document control

  • In depth understanding of project documents and specifications

  • Experienced in Oracle financial systems and SalesForce

  • Transit experience preferred
