As a Deputy Program Manager, you will have the chance to use your technical experience, manage projects, and mentor and direct staff on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects. Working with other members of our team, you’ll provide management and technical oversight for an onsite local program team, delivering project implementation activities related to sewer capacity management, collection system condition assessment and rehabilitation and regulatory compliance. During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity play a role in the business development activities leading to the award of program management contracts. This typically includes client relationship development, program-specific positioning activities, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation, oral presentations, and contract negotiations consistent with established business development processes. Qualifications

  • 15 years minimum of related work experience

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline

  • Licensed professional engineer (PE) in Georgia or ability to gain reciprocity within 6 months.

  • Background in at least one of the following areas: water/wastewater design, construction inspection and administration, field services, as well as general Project Management responsibilities.

  • Experience working with municipal wastewater collection systems (sewer) in engineering roles

  • Experience in serving various clients involving a wide variety of fields including water, wastewater, water resources, consulting, design, and construction services
