As an Executive Assistant, you’ll join our collaborative team providing construction management and delivery at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. You’ll work with the Director of the Construction Management (CM) team, providing administrative and project related support. With your technological and organizational aptitude, you will facilitate the functions of:

  • Executive management support

  • Analysis of program data

  • Development of Powerpoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Access databases, and Visio organization and flow charts

  • Assist with the recruitment, tracking and coordination of staff

  • Review of contractual and other documents

  • Schedule management

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience, working in a large or medium sized organization(s) with diverse functional requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and Visio.

  • Ability to pass a 10-year background security check for the purpose of acquiring an airport security badge that allows access to airport facilities.

  • Ability to pass a driver’s record review to drive a leased vehicle in support of program work requirements.

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

  • Effective oral and written skills for client presentations, technical reporting, and internal / external correspondence.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data / information.

  • Understanding of construction management for any sized project.

  • Dynamic personality that allows for a positive, productive interface with project teams, client, joint venture partners, staff, and others.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret contractual and technical documents.

  • Ability to function in a multi-organizational environment by developing relationships that comply with a proactive, collaborative culture.
