We are looking for a Foreseeable Initiative Lead-Net Zero Building Performance. You will be a part of a wider Foreseeable Account Management Team and working closely with the following roles (* to be appointed):
Regional sales teams (GSMs, CAMs, CSLs) and operations leadership
Foreseeable Sales Lead*
Built Environment Marketing & Communications Specialist*
Relevant subject matter experts (SME’s) and members of Solutions & Technology community
As a Sector Lead for Net Zero Building Performance, you’ll provide industry leading technical input into the Foreseeable Growth & Sales strategy, while ensuring high levels of industry relevance and strong market differential. You’ll work with Foreseeable Sales Lead, Client Account Managers, and Market Directors to implement Jacobs Relationship Bases Sales model. You’ll establish and expand adjacency pull-through opportunities by leveraging relationships in core markets and geographies. You’ll act as a Capture Manager for key sales pursuits and work closely with the Foreseeable Sales Lead and Sales Operations to ensure the delivery of winning proposals. You’ll create new client sales opportunities by using your technical position and professional network.
You’ll work with Built Environment Marketing & Communications specialist to act as a lead technical representative when launching the Foreseeable offer into the external market and across internal business during summer / autumn 2021. We’ll ask you to bring an in-depth technical understanding of market drivers and requirements to Growth & Sales and Marketing & Communications effort. You’ll lead technical contributions to key sales pursuits, client engagement opportunities, and external facing activities.
Utilizing the Foreseeable mindset, you’ll lead the development of creative and innovative solutions to client’s technical challenges as well as offer relevant training and development activity across operations as part of the Foreseeable initiative mobilization. You’ll establish models to ensure technical excellence across all stages of sales and delivery.
We’ll ask you to lead the technical development of relevant Foreseeable tools and techniques required to maintain competitive advantage and ensure continuous improvement of relevant Foreseeable market offer. You’ll establishing and measuring against a series of agreed technically based KPI’s and deliver thought-leadership, technical articles, conference participation, and papers.
You will be a key member of a Foreseeable Account management team responsible for enabling clear and consistent communication processes, focusing on business development, sales, and project management. We’ll ask you to work with operations to plan operational development and recruitment activity, while also connecting with and enabling next generation talented experts and leaders.
Join us as a Foreseeable Initiative Lead-Net Zero Building Performance and you’ll contribute towards the successful establishment of a self-sustaining Foreseeable Account Team through a close partnership with operations on training, development, and recruitment.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Extensive technical knowledge and experience in relevant Foreseeable initiative field
Recognized as an industry leader with an established profession technical network
Experience working in key markets such as Aviation, Buildings, Healthcare, Higher Education, Science and Research, Manufacturing, Electronics, Life Sciences, interiors, federal and PMCM
Experience of excellent technical delivery and sales-based activity
Highly competent in client engagement, presentation, and communication
Experience working as part of a leadership team and contributing towards strategy development and delivery
Leadership participation in Industry Organizations related to Net Zero
Advanced knowledge of:
Energy Simulation and Modelling tools
Onsite water treatment, recovery, reuse and water efficiency
Solid waste reuse, recovering or repurpose
Intelligent Building Systems
Ideally, you’ll also have:
