As an HVAC Technician, you’ll join a team of multi-disciplinary technical experts, ensuring that our clients can deliver their products and services – uninterrupted. We’ll give you the tools to become an expert on the HVAC building systems that support our client’s operations. You’ll grow your expertise to help your team succeed in the safe and time-critical operation, maintenance and repair of mission-essential HVAC related equipment. You’ll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to complex challenges that may arise in our client’s state of the art facilities. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated evidence of a strong commitment to completing exceptional quality work using the highest standards, requirements and safe work practices

  • At least 5 years of experience with HVAC controls systems, including maintenance and knowledge of proprietary controls systems, such as Johnson Controls (Metasys), Honeywell, Trane, Siemens or similar BMS/BAS technologies;

  • Strong overall controls and troubleshooting experience with demonstrated knowledge of maintenance, repair and replacement of commercial HVAC equipment, including four-pipe AHUs, VAVs, fan coil units, pneumatic and DDC controls and their components

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or schematic diagrams

  • Experience with work order management technologies, such as Maintenance Connection, Maximo or similar systems.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Associate's Degree from two-year accredited college or technical school
