Based in Atlanta, Georgia you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your highway/roadway design expertise to lead transportation related projects. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. You will solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions; identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems. You will work with the best Engineers, Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. You will be responsible for technical direction of a group of engineers and provide mentoring while developing a culture of high-quality deliverables. You will coordinate with other disciplines to include bridge, environmental, survey and traffic to meet project’s milestones. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living leading functional teams or projects and serve as a best practice/quality resource.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation Focus)
At least15 + years related experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects
Professional Engineer License (PE)
Previous Department of Transportation (DOT), County or Municipal experience
Strong Civil 3D or MicroStation background
Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
