Position Summary

Performs a variety of support tasks for a 500-person Architectural and Engineering Consulting practice. This role will work closely with our sales manager to ensure initiatives created to meet annual sales goals are accomplished.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

  • Creates, edits, and produces reports and related deliverables in Microsoft office

  • Tracks and maintains budgets for industry memberships and sponsorships;

  • Collaborates with consultants to submit required approval documentation.

  • Collaborates with multiple teams to monitor performance metrics and related reporting

  • Conducts research, compiles, reviews and analyzes data

  • Performs a variety of administrative/clerical tasks in functional areas such as budgeting, purchasing, or for a specific business or performing unit.

  • Sets up and maintains files, arranges meetings and conferences, manages deliverable schedules, email distribution lists and coordinates with communications team

  • Enhances documents graphically

  • Develops and enhances presentations

  • Coordinates the production of presentation materials and reports

  • Performs QA/QC on documents to include technical, grammatical and formatting

  • Collaborates and coordinates with multiple teams to set conference goals, award submission goals, and white paper goals

  • May design and document group-wide process and procedures to enhance work flow

  • Support Proposal and marketing teams as needed with submittals and material development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • 1-3 years’ experience is preferred

  • Previous experience within an engineering, architectural, or construction company preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required

  • Interest and aptitude to learn new software including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe MUSE and other creative applications desired

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
