About the opportunity

As a result of continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to further grow our market share in New Zealand. This Auckland-based rolewill take full ownership of the end to end bid opportunity, working withSubject Matter Experts to develop value propositions that will position to winwork. You will own the quality andpresentation of our submissions and work with the teams to determine the bestapproach and style of response.

You will also be actively involved in working with our Client Account Managersand Operations teams to assist in the development of pursuits and undertakenecessary market research that supports this activity.

The key success to this role will be your ability to leverage offJacob’s existing network and put forward our unique capability and resources toour clients.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree as well asa successful track record completing bids in an engineering, professionalservices (legal, accounting, advisory services, etc.), or business to businessfirm. You will also demonstrate the ability to work at an operational andstrategic level, manage multiple projects and encourage innovative problemsolving.

Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will have excellentcommunication skills and be comfortable with managing priorities and deadlines. You will need highly developed skills in the Microsoft office suite ofproducts and an understanding of Indesign would be advantageous. Yourassertiveness and influencing skills will ensure your success working withstakeholders in this high pressured environment.
