Your Impact:

The Instrumentation and Controls Engineer you will be part of a fast-paced team focused on designing Advanced Facilities such as semiconductor manufacturing plants, data centers, and similar state of the art facilities. You will be part of a team engaged in executing the technical delivery of some of the most complex, dynamic and exciting projects. You should have strong technical, leadership and communication skills. The position is suited for a self-motivated professional entry level. This candidate should have a desire to grow professionally with each new project.

As an Instrument & Controls Engineer, you’ll have the chance to deliver cutting-edge automation services to our high technology, data center, and other clients. Working with other members of the team, you’ll support the design team in producing deliverables, including contract drawings and documents, and design calculations. Including:

  • Developing Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) following ANSI/ISA S5.1 symbology

  • Control systems architecture drawings and control system network drawing

  • Panel design including panel layouts and wiring diagrams.

  • Specify instrumentation including temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, and analytical instrumentation.

  • Specify control valves including valve sizing calculations.

  • Field investigations in industrial facilities and customer sites.

  • Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Manage demanding project schedules, prepare accurate reports, and demonstrate communication skills.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Access, Outlook and Excel and project delivery and schedule management software tools.

  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in various aspects of industrial automation, instrumentation, electrical power and building automation system design

  • Experience in Semi-conductor industrial or general industrial facilities
