We’re looking for a passionate Inclusion and Diversity Talent Partner to help lead, influence, and strengthen the TogetherBeyond recruiting strategy for Jacobs.
As an Inclusion and Diversity Talent Partner within Talent Acquisition (TA), you’ll help develop and support creative strategies and programs, while exhibiting awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences, that continuously further our inclusion and diversity (I&D) recruiting initiatives. We will rely on your expertise in this space to continually evaluate current and potential global diversity recruitment practices, ideas, opportunities, and affinity partnerships. Your strategic and global mindset will impact change across a complex company to increase Jacobs’ ability to attract and source diverse talent.
As an Inclusion and Diversity Talent Partner, while understanding general business acumen, you’ll be agile to adapt priorities to current business needs. You’ll be accountable to key stakeholders and communicate assignment statuses effectively, which may include hosting and presenting cross-functional meetings with different stakeholders, internally and externally.
You’ll take the lead, initiating and cultivating relationships with key external organizations that are potential sources of diverse talent. This could include researching, planning, and participating at recruiting diversity conferences and targeted recruiting events with our broader Talent Acquisition team and in partnership with our Jacobs Employee Networks (JEN). You’ll provide training to Jacobs event participants to prepare them to shine!

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Related diversity project and/or program management experience
Experience in developing, nurturing and executing productive Inclusion and Diversity outreach initiatives and partnerships
Demonstrated experience successfully building and deploying diversity talent acquisition strategies
Strong communication/influencing skills and ability to multitask at a high level
Experience managing multiple time-sensitive projects with a variety of global stakeholders
Able to travel to various recruiting conferences, fairs, and events across the country as needed
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience partnering with talent providers, community organizations, and professional associations
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing of diversity sourcing strategies and engagement
Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR), Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) or Certified Social Media Recruiter (CSMR)
Professional experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, sales, or marketing
Demonstrated knowledge of labor and human rights legislation
Strong social media presence with an eye for talent matching
