Jacobs Talent Attraction Manager in Austin, Texas

We’re looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition professional who’ll be responsible for helping improve Jacobs talent attraction and engagement plans across the global company.
You will build and own the strategy for talent attraction programs within TA. You will be responsible for helping our TA team build out brand marketing efforts and asked to expand upon our current attraction & engagement plans. You will bridge company digital & communication teams to bring the company brand to life globally. You will plan, implement, and evaluate digital strategy success across media and website platforms. You will continually review Applicant Tracking System trends, ensuring Jacobs remains cutting edge with regards to user experience. You will lead project implementations around new tools or systems as necessary. You will have a key role in building the candidate experience including the career site UX and passive engagement strategies. This role will also have a lead responsibility for tracking ROI while making recommendations to senior TA leadership on where to make investments in digital media.
You will partner across HR and business operations to gain a deep understanding of how business units operate. You will be a key advisor to TA leadership on strategies that reach and engage talent via traditional and non-traditional media paths. You will develop end-to-end recruitment marketing plans. This role collaborates with onboarding, communications, Recruiting, and Inclusion & Diversity groups to measure and further promote talent interest in Jacobs. Here’s What You’ll Need:
8+ years of related work experience to an HR Talent organization where the majority of your success came through company branding & digital recruitment strategy
Experience in talent attraction, career site management, recruitment marketing and employment branding within a global company
Financial acumen and understanding of project management, project timelines and ROI when building out HR Programs in talent attraction space.
Strong project management abilities: ability to multi-task and quickly adapt priority within multiple projects simultaneously, delivery on timelines within budget goals.
Excellent communication skills
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or Business
Capability to deliver strategic HR related programs to increase employment brand awareness that boost candidate engagement
Experience managing complex projects related to talent acquisition digital transformation, candidate experience or talent communities
Proven brand and marketing skills; understanding the principles of advertising and digital media in talent attraction, engagement, and acquisition.
Prior experience working with best in class recruitment technology firms such as Avature, Smashfly, Lever, PhenomPeople
Sense of urgency and ownership with a solutions mindset
Prior work experience in a large fortune 500 size company with a global reach
