By joining our Austin or San Antonio team of traffic/transportation engineers, we’ll expand on your traffic engineering studies through corridor studies, traffic simulation modeling, signal timing & operations, and traffic design (signals, signs, illumination, etc.). This work associated with our traffic/transportation projects will give you a look into your future career and enhance your engineering knowledge and experience.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in an accredited program with an emphasis in transportation
Interest in Traffic
Must be at least a rising Junior
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Knowledge of Microstation, HCS, Synchro software
A previous internship related to your field of study
Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs
Self-driven time management and organizational skills
