Based in Baltimore, you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your highway/roadway design expertise learned at school working on transportation related projects. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Course work related to transportation
Previous design intern experience
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in a team environment to develop engineering drawings and documents
Desire to assist project team on design activities related to roadway, drainage and preliminary engineering for planning studies.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Knowledge of and experience using CADD/Design software (Microstation/Inroads or AutoCAD/Civil 3D)
Knowledge of AASHTO design requirements and ability to utilize other design manuals, as needed.
