Position Summary:

The Turnover Manager will be part of the Jacobs Field Services Construction Team and report to the Site Manager. In this site support role, the Turnover Manager will interact with Jacobs construction site, clients, and engineering offices to ensure successful turnover of all work packages on site.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

  • Update all turnover systems.

  • Review all work packages prior to turnover to client.

  • Liase with all Jacobs employees on site and subcontractors as necessary

  • Provide technical assistance and support to the contract support staff as it relates to turnover

  • Updates systems to reflect turnover progress and tracking

  • Ensures that all JV and client representatives are updated on turnover activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in the industrial / heavy process construction industry working with jobsite turnover systems

  • Strong computer skills

  • Commitment to safety
