Become part of our team as a Structural Engineer/Project Manager who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects; including the structural design and project management for new structures as well as upgrades for existing structures. Under the guidance of more senior technical staff, you’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of assigned engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget and schedule for assigned tasks. You’ll effectively recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly.

With your solid understanding of all phases of construction document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications, you will prepare technical specifications and documents for bidding and construction and will be our structural discipline lead in project meetings. You’ll participate in project proposals and will suggest solutions to our clients to problems they didn’t even know they had.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis; Master’s Degree a plus

  • Substantial professional years of experience in designing building structures

  • Professional Registration required,

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of US Building and Design Codes.

  • Broad structural design knowledge, from working on a wide range of projects.

  • Experience with wide range of building materials, including the design of steel, concrete and wood building structures.

  • Ability to multitask with minimum guidance and work on multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience with commercial, industrial and infrastructure facilities

  • Experience with Bluebeam, Revit and NavisWorks

  • Experience with leading industry Structural design and analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, RAM, etc.)
