As the Design Quality Assurance Manager (DQAM) for our Design-Build Teams, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the region’s leading Design-Build teams. Our teams are leading the industry, achieving efficiency, creativity and superior owner satisfaction on a variety of exciting infrastructure projects including some of the region’s leading large-scale transportation projects. You will be focused on helping our teams meet their project requirements and producing cost-efficient and highly coordinated designs through the application and enforcement of a systematic quality control process.

Our Bellevue-based Design/Build Teams are seeking a Design Quality Assurance Manager to work on multiple Design-Build projects simultaneously. In this role, you will be joining the premiere Design-Build teams in Washington state, working on various complex design-build highway and fish passage projects, primarily for Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). Design-Build projects provide the opportunity to work in a large team, with a collaborative and innovative mindset, hand in hand with the entire design team and the contractor.

Good understanding of engineering and infrastructure construction work would be an asset. It may be possible to optimize the role based on the strengths and qualifications that the successful candidate brings to the table.

You will provide mentorship to entry- and mid-level staff that may be assisting in the auditing process and will have the opportunity to exercise judgment and make recommendations in the development and creation of effective quality control procedures for multi-disciplined design-build projects. In this role you will have many opportunities for career growth. Join our team and help us serve our local community while laying the foundation for regional progress in this exciting and growing delivery model.
