We are looking for driven and curious Document Control professionals to support upcoming project work in multiple locations.
As a key member of our support team, you’ll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to the assigned project.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of Document Control experience
• Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint, ProjectWise, Procore, SharePoint,(or similar EDMS)
• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues
• Previous experience in giving PowerPoint presentations to both small and large groups of internal and/or external clients in person or through video conference calls
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
• Experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.) experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology
