Provide Design, Technical Development, Documentation, And Execution of Complex Program Driven Facilities and Contribute to Growth, Profitability, And Sustainable Development of The Jacobs Built Environment Practice. Design Deliverables for Design-Bid-Build Projects (Plans, Specifications, Design Analysis), Design-Build Documents, Engineering Studies, Feasibility Reports and Other Engineering Requirements for Large And/or Multiple Corporate and Public Sector Projects. Provide Effective, Skilled Design Implementation to Help Reduce the Costs of Delivering Projects and Adding Value to The Project by Applying Proven Design Techniques. Support Construction Phase Services as Required by The Scope of Work. This Typically Includes Services Performed in Office Environment Such as Coordinating Jacobs’ Responses to RFIs, Shop Drawing Reviews, Construction Modification Documents and Site Assistance Visits and Supports the Design Team in The Development of Design and Project Documents by Collaborating And Contributing To The Design Team Solutions, Coordination With Internal Team Members, And Adherence To Project Schedules To Meet Deliverable Milestones And Commitments. Mentor And Train Less Experienced Team Members in Architecture Methods, Procedures and Activities.

The prevailing salary range for this position is $102,128 to $131,700. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture and three (3) years of experience in the Project Architect or a related architecture or design professional occupation.

Special Skills or Other Requirements

Expertise/ knowledge of:

Model/rendering and design tools including REVIT, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite; Construction Documentation experience in one of the following markets: transportation facilities, aviation terminals. Industrial and manufacturing facilities; and municipal buildings. BIM Management Construction Administration including RFI, ASI, and submittal reviews. Sustainable Design.

Must have:

Architectural State License in any State.

LEED AP BD C certification.
