Here in Boise, Idaho, we have a career-defining opportunity for a passionate, client-facing Senior Project Manager and Client Service Leader to champion our water resources team throughout Idaho and across the Columbia River Basin. In this leadership role, you’ll have the chance to make your mark on the world through fun, challenging water resources projects. Through execution of storage and conveyance, stream restoration, and strategic planning projects, you will be responsible for fostering strong performance and mentoring of multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent service for our clients. You will also be responsible for engaging with clients to strengthen relationships, capture new sales opportunities, and develop solutions to our their most challenging problems.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.)

  • Proven experience delivering water resources projects

  • Established project management and client management skills

  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience

  • Enthusiasm to connect with clients and help grow sustainable business opportunities

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

  • Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

  • Experience with Idaho and northwest surface and ground water users

  • Local candidates with a strong network within the water resources community

  • 20 years’ experience
