We are looking for a driven and curious Wastewater Technologist in the Puget Sound Region.

As part of our team, you’ll engage as a subject matter expert in biosolids and biogas recovery technologies. You’ll leverage your expertise in process, pilot scale evaluations, treatment technologies, and applicable regulatory frameworks to collaborate with our team to strategize and deliver meaningful solutions for wastewater treatment project challenges locally, nationally, and across the globe. You’ll also engage in business development and strategic market/positioning leadership roles as part of our local, regional, and national client engagement, technical solutions, and marketing and sales teams.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)

  • Professional Engineer license (P.E.) (or ability to obtain within 1 year)

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive process engineering and project delivery experience with wastewater and/or industrial treatment, including process planning, evaluations, piloting, modeling, and design

  • Proven experience working on biosolids and biogas recovery projects

  • Familiarity with State and Federal government regulatory frameworks applicable to biosolids and biogas recovery technologies

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Master’s or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)

  • 10 or more years of direct experience in wastewater treatment and biosolids management

  • Professional Engineering license in Western United States (e.g. California, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, etc.)
