As a key member of our program support team, you’ll be interacting with engineering and construction to lead all planning, and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, analysis, and ongoing recommendations for improvement. You will also develop, interpret, and execute policy objectives and standards applicable to cost and schedule controls coupled with analysis activities and EVM.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
10+ years of related Project Controls and Scheduling/Planning experience on large programs
5+ years of experience standing up earned value management (EVM) systems and controls
5+ years of experience working with PMIS Technology
Specific experience and demonstrated skill in directing cost engineering and P6 schedule functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management and cost analysis
Experience with directing, planning, and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, cost loaded schedules, and risk analysis
Broad knowledge of Project Control Systems, BI dashboard technology and processes including leading schedule processing software, program database platforms and spreadsheet applications (ie: Unifier, E-builder, Kahua, Primavera, Excel)

Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to successfully direct and motivate a team inclusive of interacting with client personnel
