Your Impact:
The successful RPA Developer will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and administration of various robotic process automation processes built using the Blue Prism RPA suite. This individual will be responsible for the following:
Administer an existing enterprise RPA environment that includes processes built by various development teams and offices
Configure solution applications, process models, business rules, user interfaces, and reports
Execute unit, integration, system, regression and other testing as needed
Provide production support for various Blue Prism processes
Design RPA solutions from the ground up using established best practices
Work with end users to gather requirements and assist in the identification of processes that could benefit from the use of RPA
RPA development and administration subject matter expertise, pertaining to areas surrounding development practices, security, architecture, and design
Groom requirements, estimate story points, establish acceptance criteria, and plan releases
Create functional and technical documentation for both end users and technical staff
Design and implement integrations with external systems as needed
Coordinate with Windows SysAdmins to develop solutions to issues with user accounts, security policies, access requests, etc
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Requirements/Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, etc)
Requires 2-4 years of experience working with the Blue Prism RPA suite
Experience leading product demos for and gathering requirements from stakeholders
Ability to follow directions, take ownership of work, and meet deliverables/deadlines.
Ability to understand complex federal acquisitions processes from a transactional point of view
Preferred, but not required, skillsets
Experience with the Appian business process modelling platform
Experience with other RPA platforms (Appian RPA, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, PowerAutomate, etc)
Experience with the project lifecycle development process (analysis, design, code, test, migrate)
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience configuring and using Jira for ticket tracking
Oracle Database 11g/12c/18c/19c/21c, SQL, PL/SQL
