As an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer, you’ll have the chance to assist in the design a wide array of facilities and infrastructure to support a variety of clients, including hospitals, municipalities, government agencies, military installations, and more. The purpose of this position is to help our clients accomplish their project goals cost-effectively, on time, and with the top quality they have come to expect. Working with other members of the team, you’ll coordinate with lead engineers, CAD staff, project managers, and clients to:

  • Conduct field investigations to identify project needs and perform inspections.

  • Conduct engineering analysis: identify the problem, develop and evaluate alternative solutions, and prepare recommendations.

  • Prepare technical reports, preliminary and detailed design documents, engineering specifications, and calculations in support of consulting and design activities.



  • B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline

  • Capable of working in a team environment, including giving and receiving critical feedback

  • Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in electrical process, building, industrial, and/or systems engineering

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern (EI) certification

  • Familiarity with national and provincial building and electrical codes and standards, particularly the NEC

  • Experience with electrical systems analysis software

  • Proficiency in lighting design
