As an entry-level Wastewater Engineer in Boise, Idaho you will work with a core group of engineers and designers on studies, designs, and field assignments for clients across the state. The conveyance, treatment, and resource recovery assignments will be wastewater-focused but could also include work on water supply and stormwater systems. The work may involve technical study, computer modeling, technical report writing, engineering design and construction services support.
Working with other members of the team, you'll collaborate through the planning, design, and implementation phases of projects completed for municipal, private, state, and Federal clients. You will also have the opportunity to grow professionally through your participation with teams delivering challenging projects while serving and developing clients both nationally and internationally if desired.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering discipline
Educational emphasis and a strong interest in wastewater treatment system design and operation
Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis skills, technical problem-solving ability, organizational skills, multitasking ability and excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Master’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering discipline
Completed internship in wastewater-related field
Wastewater process modeling experience (e.g. BioWin, Sumo)
Hydraulic modeling skills (e.g. Fathom, AutoPIPE)
Wet chemistry laboratory skills
Construction or facility operations experience
