Our established New England Rail team is seeking a Group Manager who will provide leadership and direction to a growing design team. By joining Jacobs, we will look to you plan, direct, coordinate, and ensure execution of work according if not exceeding client expectations.
You’ll also be responsible for ensuring budget alignment per contracts. And we will depend on your expertise during the proposal process to build upon our established client relationships.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 15 years experience in rail/transit engineering and management of design projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Expertise in direct supervision of others during the execution of engineering projects
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of engineering software systems
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Rail project experience in MA/NH/ME/VT/CT/RI
