By joining our team, we’ll ask you to be our local expert on rail inspection initiatives. You’ll ensure along with a team that rail projects align with requirements, report any issues/improvements and be challenged to develop improved techniques and standards. Being part of the team you’ll provide guidance to help solve unique and complex problems as well as share your knowledge with less experienced team members, clients, and project managers.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• 15 years in rail inspection
• Experience with applicable codes
• Advanced knowledge of construction practices and principles
• Intermediate mathematical skills in order to perform field calculations
• Ability to gather and understand technical data for purposes of generating technical reports
• Progressive work-related experience
• Experience supervising a team of Field Inspectors
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced interpersonal skills in order to work with clients and/or project teams
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to travel
