We are seeking a Project Managers - Interiors, who be responsiblefor engaging all resources to achieve the highest standards in projectexecution and client relationships. This person will report directly to the Group Lead.
Managing assigned projects from concept to close out and maintaining effective integrated project execution strategies and plans
Initiating, preparing and reviewing proposals and participating in interviews in response to RFPs and RFQs
Accountable for documenting, developing, and monitoring project scope, schedule, and overall budget
Identifying, implementing, complying with and maintaining applicable Company safety, environmental and quality standards, procedures and policies and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
Lead productive high performing multi-disciplinary teams which may include personnel from multiple offices, vendor and client organizations
Collaborating with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with company standards and client expectations
Implementing and maintaining effective communication to the project team and all stakeholders to ensure full understanding and commitment to the agreed to deliverables
Maintaining positive relationships with clients through superior service to ensure client satisfaction with respect to the expectations
Ensuring the obligations of the agreement between Client and the Company are fulfilled
Applying the Company’s project controls standards and developing, maintaining and reporting an accurate project performance against agreed to baseline to ensure agreed to gross margin performance
Processing monthly invoicing and following up on delinquent payments
Bachelor's Degree in either degree in either Architecture or Interior Design is required
Master’s Degree a plus
Minimum 10 years’ experience is required
Professional Registration or Certification, and LEED accreditation preferred
Must have a thorough knowledge of codes, guidelines and standards effecting interior building design and construction
Experience in the preparation of reports and information using software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
Must have excellent communication, organizational, presentation and people skills with the ability to develop relationships and maintain effective networks and be results-focused tempered with a team-centered approach
