Jacobs Project Manager - Rail in Boston, Massachusetts

Then we want to hear from you! We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of critical rail infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for projects lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and closeout. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project execution plan

• Oversee all aspects of design, procurement, and construction

• Mitigate risks and develop solutions to overcome challenges

• Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

• Lead and motivate a team of engineers, subconsultants, and contractors

• Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders

• Prepare and deliver project reports to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• P.E. certification preferred

• Substantial years of experience in rail project management

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

• Strong understanding of rail construction methods and best practices, both railroad and transit

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)

• Cadd and Microstation proficient
