About the role:
As a Project Controls Apprentice, you will join a four-year programme which focuses on the skills needed to work on live projects and work closely with the people who are managing them. In the fullness of time, you will progress to be a subject matter expert in your field and the scheme will support the development of your skills, knowledge and experience.
You will have the opportunity to learn from a host of experienced and talented managers who deliver projects of differing size and scope throughout the UK, and you will play a key role in ensuring we utilise appropriate project controls techniques to support the management team in monitoring project performance.
Working as a valued member of our team, you will be involved in many aspects of project controls such as:
Embedding project controls techniques into the delivery strategy of the project;
Programme governance and management;
Developing effective working relationships with members of the project management team;
Compiling, analysing and challenging performance data.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
You will need a minimum five GCSEs at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent). This includes Maths and English;
A flexible approach to work;
Excellent communication skills;
Numerate and a logical thought process;
A team focus, with the ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels;
A driven, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work on your intitiative;
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK;
A full UK driving license is preferred.
