About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for pioneering Project Managers to join our growing Defence Team. We are seeking cross industry, pro-active collaborators with a passion for Project Management at all experience levels. (Assistant PM through to senior level)

Working with our esteemed client teams you will undertake a range of project support, project management and leadership activities whilst assisting with the development of client personnel through coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer.

In this role you will:

  • Provide clear, collaborative and effective management and/or support to project teams.

  • Review, analyse, develop and improve the effectiveness of existing processes in relation to P3M delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Influence, advise, challenge and support the client in their project delivery, encouraging innovative approach and resolutions.

  • Operate at the client site with client teams, providing guidance, delivering plans, and producing documentation and artefacts.

  • Hold an ambition to champion diversity through building projects as diverse as the communities we serve.

  • Lead and manage cross functional, diverse multi-disciplinary teams, providing direction across the functions to ensure delivery of client projects.

  • Aspire to positively influence an inclusive workplace where individuals are respected, valued and listened to.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Experience of managing or supporting a (multi-disciplinary) project management team in delivering projects.

  • Experience of stakeholder management and negotiation skills at varying levels of seniority

  • Experience of promoting a diverse environment where individuals are respected, valued and listened to

  • Proficient in the use of P3M practices and project management tools.

  • Consultancy focus with a proven record in delivering projects.

  • Ability to identify client requirements and scope wider business opportunities.

  • Formal Project Management qualification or working towards.
