We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Construction Project Controls/Scheduler who will support a multi-faceted building and infrastructure rehabilitation project located at our client’s site in Niagara Falls, NY. As a key member of our program support team, you’ll be interacting with the engineering and construction teams to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the project schedule. You’ll review contractor developed plans for completeness and accuracy, develop reports for project progress and action items, assist in the training, development and implementation construction standards and procedures for project work plan management. · 7+ years field experience including but not limited to: preparation, monitoring and updating of detailed project schedules, including resource cost loading and forecasting, estimates and project productivity

· Experience in using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

· Proficient in the use of Primavera Scheduling Software and Contract Management
