Our Strategic Consulting team in the Middle East continue to lead the market in sustainability, asset management, digital and transaction advisory services. As we continue to advance service offerings to our clients, we have a ‘cross-sector’ team of specialists whose objective is to work with our clients to help improve asset information management and decision-making in their organizations and we are seeking an Information Manager Lead to grow our Information Management Advisory team’s, capabilities and offerings; advising clients on how to harness the benefits of digital, data, process and information management best practices to enhance their organisation, projects and decision making.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to lead the delivery of advisory projects working with organisations to create information strategies and embed improved information management practices aligned with industry standards, best practices, to drive better decisions based on quality information and building the foundation for purposeful digital twins. Leveraging your supplier or client-side experience, you will implement standards, methodologies and digital solutions for the specification, collection, production, and management of information across the infrastructure lifecycle.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Degree qualified or comparable performance, knowledge and expertise in relevant engineering, Science, Mathematics and/or Asset/Information Management discipline.

  • Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial with an open mind who is willing to challenge established practice and own their own opportunities, relationships and commissions

  • Good breadth of knowledge and experience across the full scope of project delivery and/or asset management (stakeholders, strategy, plans, lifecycle management, people, project/asset information, risk and review).

  • Ability to present information clearly and facilitate workshops with audiences of varying knowledge and seniority, empathising with each personas priorities, targeting how we are helping each through a customer-centric perspective that focuses upon outcomes and whole-life value

  • An up to date knowledge of IM within the UK Construction and Infrastructure Industry including industry standards and government policies, including the BS EN 19650 series. You will demonstrate your continuous learning of forthcoming industry development trends and standards. Identifying business opportunities, directing growth and strategic planning for the team.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Initiative, preparing and reviewing proposals and participating in interviews in response to RFPs and RFQs.

  • Ensuring obligations of the agreement between Client and Company are fulfilled.

  • Securing, assigning and maintaining a project team containing all the resources required to successfully deliver projects while maintaining quality.

  • Leading and mentoring project team members and thereby creating a positive team working environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

  • Ability to identify deficiencies, provide recommendations and implement improvements in client organisation’s people, process, procedure, systems, technology and data

  • Understanding of organisational information management processes, flow of information and project and asset lifecycle stages across multiple market sectors ideally

  • You will have knowledge and experience to allow you to interpret and understand a project's contractual requirements related to IM, being able to professionally challenge project and technical solutions managers to ensure a project’s compliance; notably including aspects such as data access and security over project information.

  • Experience working with a range of Information and Asset Management Systems and Common Data Environments that manage graphical and non-graphical data including electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS) and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

  • Previous experience within the Middle East or international consulting industry would be highly regarded.
