Your Impact:
We are looking for an Entry Level Engineer to support linear infrastructure construction projects, road construction, watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, bridges, and culverts. Join our team and work alongside our technical experts to assist in delivering high-quality projects to our clients. Help our team grow by assisting resident engineers and construction managers by inspecting work to verify compliance with project plans and specifications.
During your time with us, you will ensure construction is in accordance with contract drawings and specifications, keep adequate records of construction activities, prepare reports, logs, photo records, etc, as well as work with an engineering design team to coordinate correspondence such as shop drawing reviews, requests for information, site instructions, and assist in resolving design issues in the field. Under general supervision, you will evaluate, select, and apply standard construction inspections and administration techniques, procedures, and criteria. The base salary range for this position is $X to $X. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Completed a university degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering.
Interest and/or experience in construction management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
