Your Impact:
When it comes to environmental consulting, we’re focused on helping our clients protect our world’s natural resources and navigate through energy transitions. We’re seeking an emerging Environmental Project Manager to oversee projects for private energy clients. You’ll apply your technical experience in planning and permitting projects while championing safety, quality, and the well-being of your team.
Based out of one of our office locations or out of your home office in Alberta or British Columbia, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to support government and privately-owned infrastructure projects in all life stages of the projects from the early development stages all the way to post-construction environmental monitoring and operations. Working with our strong technical team and senior Project Managers, you will be responsible for meeting internal and external client objectives and project-specific internal financial goals. You’ll provide motivation and direction to project teams, have opportunities for client interaction, and be surrounded by mentorship and mentoring opportunities to help you and your team thrive. Our global team is here to provide you with the tools to keep your career growing as well as those around you. By driving consistency and innovation across infrastructure development projects and keeping on schedule and budget, you’ll help your team achieve the clients’ goals.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Biology/Ecology, or other closely related technical degree
Previous Project Management experience (budget preparation and tracking, schedule, task management, team management) on environmental projects within western Canada.
Previous experience working in environmental consulting in western Canada.
Strong consideration for safety
Positive attitude and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills suited to working with a variety of different teams.
Interest in inspiring and supporting the development of others through high quality delivery for our clients.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Master’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, geology or other closely related technical degree
Experience with renewable energy projects
Knowledge of some provincial and federal environmental legislation and regulatory requirements in Western Canada
