About the Project:

Support to the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) in its role as the delivery agent for the United States Visiting Forces (USVF) for design and construction of infrastructure in the UK to support their mission requirements, including the preparation for deployment of F35 aircraft.

Reporting and Change lead in the Programme Office transforming the DIO team through the adoption of Managing Successful Programme (MSP) principles to deliver the potentially £1Bn programme of work across hundreds of projects.

The role would require the individual to:

  • Define and manage the programme change process and register, including on-boarding new work / projects

  • Tracking change progress including metrics production

  • Managing the projects dossier and pipeline, including supporting the delivery team plan their pipeline work

  • Support the verification of existing data within the dossier

  • Train and support the delivery team and stakeholders in transforming how they manage change

  • Maintain the monthly reporting and meeting drumbeat process

  • Develop the visual management reporting such that the dossier and pipeline can be seen to be a coherent and complete package

  • Direct as required the Sub-Programme Review support resource responsible for: Administration for the Sub-Programme Reviews and Programme Reviews/Boards; Assistance in production of all performance reports at programme and sub-programme level.



  • Willing to undergo Security Clearance checks

  • 40 hrs a week in programme office (RAF Wyton)

  • Strong team / stakeholder working


  • UK National with current SC clearance

  • Programme/Project Management qualifications
