We're looking for Project Data Services Lead for our Life Science North America Digital Delivery team who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. This candidate will work with project team leadership, discipline leads and data stakeholders to identify advanced data services for implementation on projects that support and optimize project delivery functions. The Project Data Services Lead will be the liaison between project teams and data teams to build sustainable, scalable products and services to better deliver results to our internal and external clients, beginning with the Project Dashboarding program. • At least 15 years project coordination experience 

• Intimate knowledge of project execution best practices

• Early work experience as a Business Analyst

• Ability to assess project needs based on project objectives

• Ability to lead teams to completion of scope

• Ability to conceptualize and configure data analytics visualizations for dashboards, working within the constraints of available data and resources

• Advanced Excel skills using formulas and Pivot tables for data analysis

• Experience using business intelligence tools (i.e., Power BI) and data frameworks

• Knowledge of different modelling and data mining techniques

• Analytical mind and business acumen

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   

• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base  

• Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams  

Ideally, you’ll also have:  

  

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline (degree not required; experience in the industry preferred)

• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas  

• Passion for buildings and construction
